I was suggested to listen to Nizlopi by a fellow taper, who is from the UK, who taped this show.. it's really good stuff. Good sound quality, and for the 'unplugged' songs, she did a great job of raising the levels and smoothing it out with the rest of the show. it's not even that noticable when the unplugged change happens.. Nizlopi is a guitar / singer with a stand-up bass player (who also beat-boxes most of the time), and some light percussion.. i hear a cajon (box you sit on and has a shaker in it), and maybe some light steel brushing on a single drum? ... very light / jazzy in a mellow chillout way. quiet audience and his voice is great, and it is good to hear an accent besides american in a singer.. really great vibe from this show and i'd love to see them live in san diego, ca, usa, but that might not happen for a while. A very unique sound, and you can stream the show even or d/l mp3's for your personal use. Great job sam, i can't wait to hear more from Nizlopi on the archive.. cheers mate!
